As a personal trainer I know the importance of having a plan when you go into the gym & I will create one that helps you reach you physique/strength goals. I use a fully online programing software that is the top one available on the market so that you will be able to access your program & log your work as you go.
The only way to see consistent progress in the gym is if your workout are modified to be more challenging as you get stronger. As your trainer I will always be changing your program up to ensure that you are getting the most of each workout.
Workouts
I am also a certified nutrition coach & am passionate about using the right foods to fuel your workouts. Using this certification I am able to give you guidelines on how you should be fueling your body to reach your goals.
Nutrition looks different for everyone, some of us love tracking, other it tends to mentally hurt our relationship with food. I will work with you closely to find the best way to help you eat well and enjoy the process of being healthy. This may look like tracking calories through my training software, sending me photos of your meals for accountability, or simply having me teach you more about how to fuel your body so you can make some healthy swaps. There is no one size fits all & I will find what works best for you.
Nutrition
The main focus of Via Lifts is to provide my clients with the accountability that will help them reach their goals. All of my packages include two check ins a week but this is the minimum amount of communication that we will be having. Ideally we will be messaging every time you have a questions, need guidance, or reach a goal. Once you are my client there is no clocking out, I am 100% there for you as we work to reach your goals together.
