As a personal trainer (& mom of two) I know the importance of having a plan when you go into the gym because we don’t have any time to waste! Regardless if you chose to work with me online or in person (I exclusively work at Gain Station in Atascadero, CA), I will make a program for you that is both realistic and effective for your goals & season of life.

The only way to see consistent progress in the gym is if your workout are modified to be more challenging as you get stronger. As your trainer I will always be changing your program up to ensure that you are getting the most of each workout.

I specialize in weight training, weight loss, and pre & postnatal training! So if you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or a busy mom looking to get back into shape, I have got you covered!

Workouts

I am also a certified nutrition coach & am passionate about using the right foods to fuel your workouts. Using this certification I am able to give you guidelines on how you should be fueling your body to reach your goals.

Nutrition looks different for everyone, some of us love tracking, other it tends to mentally hurt our relationship with food. I will work with you closely to find the best way to help you eat well and enjoy the process of being healthy. This may look like tracking calories through my training software, sending me photos of your meals for accountability, or simply having me teach you more about how to fuel your body so you can make some healthy swaps. There is no one size fits all & I will find what works best for you.

Nutrition

The main focus of Via Lifts is to provide my clients with the accountability & structure that will help them reach their goals. Once you are my client there is no clocking out, I am 100% there for you as we work to reach your goals together.

What sets my programs apart from other trainers is that I understand the time commitment it takes to be a mom. AND I understand how it feels to be a mom who wants to feel like herself again. The gym is an amazing tool that you can use to become the best version of yourself for you (& your kids). Let me be the one who helps you figure out what you need to do so that the only time you need to take is actually doing it!
