Online Training

Custom workout program made just for you & updated as you get stronger! I will check in with you twice a week but you also have access to message me with any questions that you have.

You will be given access to my program building platform where you can follow the workout I make for you from an app & I can closely monitor your progress.

I also will help you work on using nutrition to fuel your workouts & reach your goals. This will look differently for everyone but I will work to find the perfect plan of action for you.

$150 / month

In-Person @ Gain Station

If you are local to the SLO County area & want to work in person, I am fortunate enough to partner with Gain Station in Atascadero. This is by far the best gym in the county & I love working with my in-person clients there. There is also child care available to add onto your gym membership which is such an amazing bonus!

In person sessions are 1 hour each & you can either train with me once or twice a week at the following rates. I am also always available to help my clients with any nutrition guidance that they need along the way.

Twice a week - $500 / month

Once a week - $400 / month

If you cancel a session within 48 hours I am happy to carry it over to the next week as well.

In-Person & Online Programing

For my clients who are able to go to the gym more than twice a week & want a workout plan for the days I am not with them this option gives you both the benefits of in-person & online coaching.

We also will be able to communicate via the fitness app that I use to program your workouts. So I will be able to answer any questions that you have on the days that I don’t see you in person. This is also a great way to track nutrition if that is something we end up deciding is a good fit for you.

This hybrid training style is an investment but if you take it seriously it will help you meet your goals the quickest.
