Custom workout program made just for you & updated as you get stronger! I will check in with you twice a week (Mondays & Wednesdays via a message on the training software) but you also have access to message me with any questions that you have.
You will be given access to my program building platform where you can follow the workout I make for you from an app & I can closely monitor your progress

WOrkout + Nutrition
This includes everything in the workout only but we also do a deep dive into nutrition. This means that you will be logging your food (or sending me photos if that ends up mentally working better for you) every single day. This means I will be closely monitoring you daily. While we will for sure have the twice a week checkins you can also expect more messages from me if I see you needing additional guidance as you get the hang of being in control of your nutrition.
$200 / month
Pre/postnatial training
I worked with ProNatal Fitness to get certified in pre/postnatal personal training. I am a mom of two and I know the struggle (& also the benefits) of intentional movement during & after pregnancy. Because this is such a unique time in your life it does call for very specialized programing & accountability. If you would like more info on what that would look like contact me below & let me know about your pregnancy so I can determine the best plan for you!
$100-300/ month (depending on level of activity/workload we decide is best for you during this time)
